Busy warehouse and distribution company based in Basingstoke is looking for reliable Late Shift Warehouse Operatives to join its growing team.

This Late Shift Warehouse Operative job in Basingstoke is ideal for candidates who prefer afternoon and evening working hours and enjoy being part of a busy warehouse operation.

Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will support the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders to ensure deliveries leave on time.

Immediate start available.

Late Shift Warehouse Operative Role in Basingstoke

Monday to Friday

14:00 – 22:00

Occasional overtime may be available during busy periods.

Duties of a Late Shift Warehouse Operative

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing orders for same-day and next-day dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Scanning products and updating stock records
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Supporting colleagues to ensure orders are completed on time
• Following all health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience Required

Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided.

You should be reliable, hardworking and comfortable working later shifts in a busy warehouse environment.

Good attention to detail is important, along with the ability to work well within a team.

Experience using hand scanners, pallet trucks or other warehouse equipment would be an advantage.

Heavy lifting may be involved as part of this role.
