Corr Recruitment is an independent recruitment partner built on strategically positioned branch infrastructure across the South East, South West and East of England, supporting businesses with temporary and permanent workforce solutions across industrial, logistics and commercial sectors while strengthening wider national workforce reach through established networks and workforce hubs.

More than two decades working alongside employers in key labour markets has shaped how we operate today, building the local insight, sector understanding and operational discipline needed to maintain standards under pressure, support workforce continuity and deliver a service that clients and workers can rely on day to day.

Danny Corr, Founder and Director

With over 30 years in recruitment, Danny founded Corr Recruitment in 2001 with a clear focus on delivering a more straightforward, service-led approach. Since then, he has led the business through consistent growth, expanding into multiple sectors and regions while maintaining its independence.

Danny remains closely involved in the direction of the business, with a strong emphasis on service standards, worker protection and ensuring the company continues to evolve in line with the needs of its clients.

Kamila Krajewska, Operations Director

Kamila brings nearly two decades of recruitment experience, specialising in operations, high-volume delivery and managed services. Since joining Corr Recruitment in 2018, she has played a key role in driving performance across the South East, South West and national accounts.

Leading both branch and onsite teams, Kamila focuses on delivering practical solutions for clients while maintaining consistency and standards across day-to-day operations.

Kinga Chrustowska – HR Director

Kinga brings over 18 years of experience across recruitment and HR, with a strong focus on employee relations, development and organisational performance. As HR Director and board member, she supports the business in building effective people strategies aligned to long-term growth.

Her approach combines commercial awareness with a focus on supporting individuals and developing leadership capability across the business.

Andrew Knowles – Regional Director

Andrew Knowles, Regional Director, brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and operational insight developed over 12 years with Corr Recruitment. A natural people person, he is committed to delivering the highest standards, building strong relationships and consistently high levels of customer service, reflected in the long-term retention achieved with both clients and candidates. Throughout his time with the business, he has progressed and evolved alongside Corr’s continued investment in both its people and technology.

Kinga Chrustowska

Kinga brings over 18 years of experience across recruitment and HR, including more than six years at HR Director level. With a background in law and CIPD accreditation, she combines a strong understanding of compliance with a commercially focused approach to people management.

She specialises in employee relations, development and leadership support, working closely with senior leaders and emerging managers to strengthen capability across the business. Outside of work, Kinga enjoys travelling, hiking, reading and dancing, helping her maintain balance and energy.

Andrew Knowles

Having experienced that support first-hand, Andrew is passionate about development, both his own and that of the people around him. He is proud to be part of a company that invests in its staff and supports long-term career progression, and this drives him to coach, support and develop his Managers and Consultants across the South West region, helping them grow in confidence, capability and performance.

Kamila Krajewska

Kamila began her career in recruitment in 2006 and has developed extensive experience across operations, high-volume delivery and managed service environments. Since joining Corr Recruitment in 2018, she has progressed into a key leadership role, overseeing multiple regions and national accounts.

She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with teams and clients to solve operational challenges. Known for leading by example, Kamila brings energy and a practical approach to delivering consistent results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and making the most of time with her dog.

Danny founded Corr Recruitment in 2001 after several years working within major recruitment businesses, where he identified a gap for a more local, service-led approach. In the early days, he combined building the business with working as a Royal Mail postman, setting the tone for a hands-on and determined approach that still reflects the business today.

Over the years, Danny has led Corr through steady growth, expanding into multiple sectors and regions while maintaining its independence. He has overseen the development of the company’s infrastructure and continues to focus on service excellence, worker protection and ensuring the business evolves with changing client needs.
