About the Role
- Sorting and baling of packaging and other materials for recycling
- Operating and filling baling machines (full training provided)
- General warehouse housekeeping to maintain a safe and tidy environment
- Supporting wider warehouse duties including picking, loading and unloading inbound vehicles
- Manual handling and heavy lifting involved
About You
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work consistently
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Organised and proactive in maintaining a clean workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse operative role
- Good communication skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
