Job Summary

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting warehouse fulfilment and dispatch operations
  • Helping maintain productivity, quality and service standards

Responsibilities

  • Picking stock using pick sheets, scanners or warehouse systems
  • Packing products securely for dispatch
  • Labelling and preparing orders for shipment
  • Supporting stock replenishment and inventory checks
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Following health and safety procedures
  • Working to daily productivity targets

Requirements

  • Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience preferred but not always essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Positive approach to productivity and accuracy
