Overview

My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Duties

  • Work as a dedicated team to ensure our clients receive the ultimate buying experience every day
  • Develop & maintain good customer relationships
  • Receive and process incoming orders via email & phone
  • Answer all incoming communications from clients, via phone, mobile, email, and online portal
  • Deal with clients, arrange booking and input onto booking system
  • Assist our Supply Chain & Finance team with queries where necessary
  • Liaise with clients and keep them up to date on job status
  • Investigate and solve customer service complaints, where you can prevent the issue from being escalated

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Organised, accountable, and dedicated
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
