It was a day out of the office last Friday for the Branch Managers and Senior Team as they attended our monthly managers meeting. Hosted at the beautiful Donnington Grove Golf and Country Club, which started with a wonderful breakfast prior to the hard work of the day!
It was lovely to get together and celebrate successes across the branch network and allow Danny Corr (Director) to personally thank managers for their part in the roles they play within branches and to pass on his thanks to the managers teams.
Having focused on the business throughout the morning and then planned our strategy for the upcoming Naomi House Store Wars later this month, we then had a lot of fun doing a ‘team building exercise’ on the practice range at the golf club courtesy of our good friend @chrisdevonshiregolf.com. The team had great fun hitting some balls for the first time for many, whilst others took advantage of receiving some fantastic tuition. Chris made it very enjoyable and included a mini competition at the end which was won by Wendy Gannon.
The key thing was everyone left at the end of the day with a smile on their face, safe in the knowledge that they will either get hooked on golf or never touch a club again!!
