We're looking for a dedicated, ambitious Transport Onsite Recruitment Consultant/ Coordinator who is ready to join our success-driven team in Luton, Befordshire area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively utilise all Corr Recruitment contacts, relationships and information to develop the business further
- Effectively manage pool of drivers to ensure client's expectations are met
- Source high calibre of experienced HGV drivers to meet and exceed client expectations
- Manage client relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Achieve revenue targets
- Develop and manage a consistent revenue stream
- Provide out of hours service to the client
Level of experience and skills required
- Great ambition and drive to succeed
- experience as a recruitment consultant is not essential
