Production Team Leader
Andover
£21,000 per annum
Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm
Friday 8am - midday
We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity on a temp to perm basis. As the successful candidate you will be joining a talented and experienced team, taking the role as Team Leader.
The Role:
- Take responsibility for the day to day production activities
- Guiding and supporting a team of operatives to ensure all KPI's are met
- Lead team meetings
- Training and developing team
- Monitoring quality of output to ensure all standards are met
