We are looking for: Sous chef
Ideal Candidate would either have Experience in sous chefs or a person who has a few years of experience working as a chef de partie and would like to take their step up the career ladder.
- 40 hrs per week
- You would work against a rota
- 20 – 27K per an annum
- Works alongside head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
