We're looking for a dedicated, ambitious and experienced Recruitment Coordinator/ Consultant who is ready to join our success-driven on site team in Hemel Hempstead.
Overview of the role:
- To win, retain and develop business
- Develop 'Best In Class' business development, account development, account management & delivery processes
Main Responsibilities:
- Win new clients
- Effectively utilise all Corr Recruitment contacts, relationships and information to develop the business further.
- Source high calibre candidates to meet and exceed client expectations
- Manage client relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Achieve revenue targets
- Develop and manage a consistent revenue stream
- Coach and mentor junior members within the department
- Provide out of hours service to Branch clients
Level of experience and skills required
- Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant, minimum two years
- Has a significant track record of successfully winning and delivering assignments
- Great ambition and drive to succeed
