• Organising internal and external meetings
• Taking meeting notes and distributing actions where required
• Managing confidential documentation and sensitive information
• Supporting wider office administration when needed

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, applicants should demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrator
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication ability
• Professional and confident approach when dealing with stakeholders
• High levels of discretion and confidentiality
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
