Customer Service Coordinator
To proactively and effectively provide industrial leading ecommerce fulfilment customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations in local market.
Provide local customer fulfilment related day to day customer service via multiple communication channels (email, phone, instant messenger...)
Manage customer requirements and expectations, ensuring operation services are meeting work-flow standard and key performance indicators.
Be personable, professional and responsive while representing Orange Connex externally.
Complete all system entry requirements timely and accurately. (Zendesk)

In this role you will be on the front-line ensuring eBay orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently. You will work across a diverse range of online sellers in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same. Your ability to communicate effectively will be imperative to your success as we require someone who can maintain strong customer relationships and set realistic expectations.
The successful candidate may have.
2 years or above relevant customer service working experience in the logistics industry, preferably with e-commerce fulfilment experience.
Excellent communication skill: ability to interact effectively with people from different functions.
Fluent English, both oral and written skills, Mandarin/German/Italian is a plus.
Be familiar with Microsoft office software and PC skills.
Good communication and coordination skills and able to work in a team.
