The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, supporting clients with delivery updates, order queries and service-related questions. You will work closely with internal departments including transport and warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
• Responding to customer queries regarding deliveries and orders
• Updating customers with accurate delivery and tracking information
• Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to resolve issues
• Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
• Investigating complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Maintaining accurate customer records and account notes
• Supporting the wider office team with administrative tasks

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident telephone manner and professional attitude
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
• Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
