A Customer service advisor / call centre handler is required for a distributor located in Portbury, Bristol BS20.
NO SALES! - All calls are to existing customers who want to place regular orders
This is great opportunity to join a successful team to maintain excellent customer service both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for your own group of customers, communicating with phone calls and emails to ensure the world class customer service is always provided.
You will be responsible for order processing, the management of of accounts and dealing with inbound and outbound calls using spreadsheets and other CRM systems- full training is provided.
The working hours are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 with a one-hour lunch break each day.
£11.06 an hour, paid weekly, every Friday.

Due to the location of the business, access to your own transport will be needed as public transport links are poor.
