We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coorindator to join a client based in Basingstoke, Monday to Friday - working 9am to 5pm.
Your duties as an Administrative Coordinator will be:
- Operating printing machinery.
- Printing customers orders from order list.
- General administration, ranging from updating customer queries to data inputting.
- Contacting customers/suppliers via telephone and email.
- Quality checking final goods
- Preparing for delivery (packaging).
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Possess good attention to detail skills.
- Have previous administrative and customer service experience.
- Previous production/printing experience is highly beneficial.
Whats on offer as an Administrative Coordinator:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Pay rate between £8.21 to £8.60 per hour.
- Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
