I hope you are keeping well.
I recently applied for a position at one of your clients, with which Vanessa helped me. I wanted to highlight to both of you the lengths to which Vanessa went to help accommodate a smooth induction and application process. Not only was Vanessa quick to assist, and even on the Thursday she drove all the way from Bristol to Bath to hand me appropriate footwear and a high-vis jacket; necessary items for my induction. Vanessa’s help has been timely, clear, and very friendly. She was outstanding in candidate care!
I just wanted to ensure that her hard efforts have not gone unnoticed and that it may accordingly be recognised and commended!
