We have an opportunity for an Internal Customer Account Manager to provide full support to a range of customers.

As part of this role you will be directly responsible for the effective communication with our customers.  Typically, a customer sends an order via email which requires formally raising, pulling out relevant details, & getting an estimate in place via liaison with internal team members.  You will handle all correspondence between Account Administrators & Clients/Customers.  You will also process the job & acknowledge/confirm details back to the client.

New projects/Product Launch – this requires you to liaise with artwork agencies on a regular basis to achieve the clients desired artwork, and handling all correspondence with our internal design studio to ensure correct specifications in line with customer requirements.

An additional element requires you to manage stock accounts for clients/customers to ensure the customer is protected from low stock risks, as well as ordering of tooling with third party accounts to ensure effective equipment in place to satisfy production needs.

The successful candidate will need to be able deliver a high standard of work on a consistent basis, the ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be customer focused.
