Corr Recruitment

Corr Recruitment is pleased to announce the introduction of the IT Recruitment Division based at their headquarters in Newbury. This continues their extensive expansion plans that has seen them become one of the UK’s fastest growing independently owned recruitment businesses.

Richard Smith joins the business as Divisional Manager, tasked with setting up a new IT Recruitment desk and bringing onboard a team to support him that will continue to deliver the same standards currently set by the business. Richard brings with him over 16 years’ experience in IT Recruitment, across multiple industries sectors. More recently, Richard was an Internal Recruiter supporting an expanding Software company, putting in place recruitment strategies and running campaigns to attract the leading candidates within the region.

Danny Corr, Managing Director of Corr Recruitment commented “having worked both sides of the fence has given Richard a unique insight to the difficulties faced every day by our clients and how they should expect to be treated by agencies.

Richard possesses the technical knowledge to converse with clients and candidates alike, with the ability to understand client businesses and identify talented people who will deliver results.

By providing outstanding customer service and taking a quality over quantity approach, our thorough candidate short-listing process reduces the time our clients spend reviewing CV’s and interviewing candidates.

Corr can cover all IT roles from Support, Testers and Developers up to Project and Programme Director level. We are eager to support local businesses seeking permanent IT staff or interim resources.
