Interviewing and reference checking
All candidates are reference checked at least twice to ensure that there are no nasty surprises lurking in their employment history. References from previous employers help us to determine a candidates work ethic, their attitude to work, and whether they have any significant strengths or weaknesses that will either help or hinder their application.
We interview all candidates to actively give us an insight into their suitability for a role. We also take the opportunity to review the job specification with the candidate to ensure they are fully aware of what the role requires from them.
